Notice to Motorists

If you were paying attention to today's Honolulu Star-Advertiser, a Notice to Motorists was put out for the Waiawa Navy Waterline Project. In accordance with the requirements set by the Honolulu Department of Transportation Services for Street Usage Permits for Construction, this notice is to give commuters in the affected project area a 30-day warning of the impacts on traffic that may happen.
