Minimizing Construction Impact

In an effort to minimize the Waiawa Navy Waterline Project’s impact to the public, additional off-street project material laydown areas were identified for use. Due to the permitting requirements for these new areas, HDCC has adjusted their original start date for the Waiawa Navy Waterline Project from July 23 to August 12. The Fact Sheet for this project has been updated to reflect this change and keep the public informed.
