Phase 1 Update

HDCC continues to progress down Waihona Street with Phase 1 of the project. On Monday, September 23rd, HDCC will be in the vicinity of Amazon Construction Co., Inc. Please be aware that parking restrictions continue in the active construction and traffic control areas, on both sides of the street. This allows HDCC to work safely and for continuous vehicle access to all parts of Waihona Street.

We also have a tentative schedule for the next 2 phases of the project. Phase 2 - Electrical work, with begin at the top of Waihona Street in mid to late October. Phase 3 - Installation of Main Line, will begin shortly after the electrical work in November. We will continue to narrow down the dates as we get closer.
