Phase 1 Continues, Phase 2 to Start

HDCC continues down Waihona Street with Phase 1 of the project in the vicinity of the Army Nation Guard Station. In these active work areas, parking will be restricted and access slightly delayed. As a reminder, abandoned vehicles and trailers will be removed in order to proceed with construction. Starting October 21, 2019, HDCC will make their way back up to the top of Waihona Street and begin upgrading the electrical system. Their work will take place around the cul-de-sac, along the sidewalk and up through the driveway into the pumping station. In order to maintain access to the businesses and pumping station, parking will be restricted in the area. The restricted area is highlighted with a red line on the notice below or here.
