Phase 3 Begins

As a reminder, Phase 3 - Installation of the Main Water Line will begin today, November 29, 2019 at the top of Waihona Street. As larger equipment will be used in this phase, businesses and motorists near the project site will be reminded to observe all traffic signs, anticipate/plan for possible delays, and drive with caution. The Department of Transportation Services will continue to monitor the work to ensure that the contractor is complaint will all traffic controls and permitting regulations.
