Construction Notice
HDCC is currently in Phase 1 of construction operations in the cul-de-sac at the top of Waihona Street. Over the next two days, Thursday, September 9 and Friday September 10, a portion of the cul-de-sac will be used to facilitate the staging, erection, and movement of a construction crane. Please observe all safety signs and traffic controls in the area.
