Construction Update - Paving

HDCC will be paving along Waihona Street and a portion of Kamehameha Highway starting on May 16, 2022. The task is expected to take 21 days and will be done in 400-500 foot sections.

Please be aware that traffic will be limited or delayed and parking will be restricted in these areas. Additionally, there will may be 20-30 minute access delays when asphalt is placed in front of driveways.
