Project Schedule - 2nd Street

HDCC will be continuing on-going testing beginning, Tuesday, February 8, 2022, along 2nd Street near the intersection of Lehua Avenue and mid-block between Lehua Avenue and Hugh Street. Each area will take approximately three days to complete.

Residents, businesses and motorists near the project site are asked to observe all traffic signs, drive with caution, and anticipate/plan for possible delays and parking restriction. Construction signs will be place in the construction zones.
